Powerbox Joins HYPAX Following Completion of Transaction with COSEL

We are pleased to announce that, effective 1 September 2026, the transfer of Powerbox International AB from COSEL Co., Ltd. to the HYPAX group has been successfully completed.

This milestone marks the official closing of the transaction previously announced by COSEL in May 2026 and begins an exciting new chapter for Powerbox as part of the HYPAX group. Powerbox will continue to serve its customers and partners with the same commitment to quality, innovation and reliability, while benefiting from new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

We would like to thank COSEL for its support and partnership over the years and look forward to this exciting new chapter as part of the HYPAX family.

For our customers, suppliers and business partners, there will be no immediate changes to day-to-day operations and all existing commitments remain unchanged.
